About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer. This role is essential for Chief Technology Office (CTO) to converge with Digital Technology and Innovation (DTI) to optimize IT Infrastructure value delivery, improve collaboration across departments and products, focus on value realization and optimization, proactively manage and reshape the demands, and manage infrastructure risk and compliance. This role will support the platforms for (DTI) and ensure CTO, Enterprise, and DTI plans and demands are converged across the enterprise, control, compliance, regulatory, and business mandates.
In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives to develop infrastructure to provide solutions for business applications
- Participate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructure
- Recommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and achieve results
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal teams and vendor
- Manage Demands: Prevents uncontrolled demand, reducing IT backlog and projects delays. Capture, clarify, and prioritize business demand for Infrastructure services and capabilities
- Value Realization and Optimization: Ensures technology investments contribute to business growth and efficiency. Monitor and reports on infrastructure consumption and value delivered by CTO products/services
- Act as a trusted advisor promoting shared ownership philosophy by connecting, cultivating, exploring, and discovery of solutions with the products engineers and business partners
- Manage Infrastructure Risk: Avoid technology debt and service disruptions critical to maintain partners' trust
- Remove IT blockers and expedite DTI adoption to Enterprise and Policy and Technology Infrastructure Standards
- Support business and technology led infrastructure transformation initiatives including app modernization and migration to the new data centers (connecting, cultivating, exploring, and ensuring alignment to the new products' entry criteria to enable new services to meet DTI requirements
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience championing organizational change, e.g., leading infrastructure initiatives, products, services and stakeholder management
Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher in System information Management or equivalent
- Fluent in Data Analytics tools and Data Visualization experience
- AI and/or Blockchain and Digital Currency experience, training, education
- Skilled and experienced at conflict negotiation and problem solving
- Domain expertise in Infrastructure engineering and architecture
- Ability to creatively deliver something of value, rather than focusing simply on internal products
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
