About this Position What you´ll do
- Manage, coach and develop a team of supply planners for a respective asset group
- Ensure information interchange between demand planners and the supply planning team, responsibility for the supply performance of product group
- Enhance team knowledge of tools and best practices as well as of standard process in Henkel
- Manage team performance, attendance and discipline as appropriate in line with procedures and takes appropriate action when necessary
- Effective Stakeholder Management ensuring business KPI’s are met
- The Supply Planning Team Lead has the responsibility to secure proper new product introduction management for her/his respective portfolio
