About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant under the
Business Services & Transformation (BS&T) leader supporting the
Supply Chain Management (SCM) business within
Chief Administrative Office (CAO). This role will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to leadership, driving performance, supporting key initiatives, and ensuring robust risk management and compliance across the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges related to business execution, leveraging strong analytical skills and deep understanding of risk management.
- Oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and risk/regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for key stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and facilitate all aspects of Leader All Hands and Business Function meeting routines, including scheduling, agenda development, and preparation of meeting materials.
- Develop and deliver communications and plans related to organizational announcements, engagement plans, and other key initiatives.
- Partner with finance, HR, compliance, technology teams, and other internal partners to manage budgets, headcount, talent development, and operational risk activities.
- Provide direction to cross-functional teams, using business expertise to drive results and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification, escalation, and remediation in line with the business unit's risk appetite and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with strategic planning and translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management, including Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Third-Party Program.
- Experience in financial services.
- Expertise in executive-level reporting, analytics, and presentations using advanced visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
