What you will do:
- Execute implementations of the Premier Loyalty Platform (PLP) technology solutions.
- Coordinate and manage client interactions to ensure seamless integration processes.
- Develop customized implementation plans tailored to client requirements and goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process.
- Train and support clients on PLP functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Evaluate and optimize implementation strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting of implementation processes and outcomes.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience.
- 7+ years of experience in implementing loyalty technology solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, coordinating complex tech integrations.
- 7+ years of experience in client training and support during implementations.
- 7+ years of experience using tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
What would be great to have:
- 8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies for project management.
- 8+ years of experience in SQL databases administration and optimization.
- 8+ years of experience in loyalty programs and technology.
- 8+ years of experience in advanced troubleshooting techniques.
