Cummins Handypro LLC is seeking a part-time maintenance contractor. The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in building and apartment maintenance including appliance repair, wall repair, painting, flooring, and all general maintenance tasks. This position is a contracted position with no benefits. Starting pay $25.00 per hour. Candidate must be a self-starter working independently without direct supervision, detail-oriented, and dependable. Must have their own transportation.
