Amentum is seeking a STAN EVAL Advisor (35F Officer Equalivant) Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and execution of intelligence inspections and evaluations, establishing performance metrics to assess Intelligence Systems, Training, and Operations within ARNG G-2 and its strategic partners.
- Develops evaluation criteria that align with organizational objectives, ensuring security protocols, training programs, Programs of Instruction (POIs), and intelligence applications meet operational requirements.
- Conducts comprehensive assessments to identify gaps in training effectiveness, system functionality, and intelligence integration within mission planning.
- Provides data-driven analysis to refine intelligence processes, enhancing the effectiveness of intelligence support for training scenarios, operational strategies, and decision-making frameworks.
- Oversees the implementation of corrective action plans based on evaluation findings, coordinating with leadership to address deficiencies and enhance intelligence readiness.
- Develops structured methodologies for continuous improvement, incorporating best practices and lessons learned to optimize training execution and system performance.
- Conducts inspections to validate compliance with intelligence standards, ensuring alignment with DoD and ARNG G-2 directives.
- Produces detailed reports and recommendations, advising leadership on intelligence capability enhancements that improve mission planning and execution.
- Contributes to the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of their assigned task areas by participating in relevant Centers and Working Groups aligned to their roles, technical domains, or management functions.
- This engagement ensures integrated delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and real-time responsiveness to ARNG G-2 mission priorities.
Required:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
