Amentum is seeking a Help Desk Manager Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manages technical support operations for ARNG Intelligence networks and systems, overseeing troubleshooting, access control, and account management across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and related environments.
- Leads the administration of network-based tools and services, coordinating the creation, deletion, and management of user accounts while maintaining compliance with authentication, security, and access control standards.
- Directs help desk support for application development, testing, and execution, managing hosting environments external to DoD networks and coordinating rapid technology integration efforts with engineering teams.
- Oversees monitoring and response to service requests related to cybersecurity, network performance, and system vulnerabilities, ensuring preliminary diagnostics are conducted and issues escalated appropriately.
- Guides cybersecurity impact assessments by identifying vulnerabilities, mapping threat vectors, and supporting implementation of mitigation strategies to strengthen system security.
- Leads INFOSEC support initiatives by managing system accreditation documentation, promoting security awareness, and enforcing compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies.
- Actively participates in B2C2WG (Boards, Bureau, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups) activities to integrate help desk operations into broader ARNG G-2 mission support frameworks.
Required:
- CompTIA Network+
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
