Amentum is seeking a Intel Analyst/Trainer (35F Equivalent – All Source) - MTT Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, delivers, and executes All-Source Intelligence training and operational support through Mobile Training Team (MTT) deployments, enhancing the analytical capabilities of ARNG G-2 and mission partners.
- Designs and refines Programs of Instruction (POIs), instructional materials, and practical exercises covering multi-discipline intelligence fusion, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT.
- Conducts specialized training in intelligence collection methodologies, analytical techniques, and advanced intelligence tools, integrating emerging technologies and simulation-based instruction.
- Is certified in or possesses a common understanding of Fusion New Equipment Training (NET) and Doctrine and Tactics Training (DTT) to understand and effectively present the Doctrine and Tactics Training.
- Develops and delivers specialized training and analytical support in Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) as part of a Mobile Training Team (MTT), providing instruction across multiple intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, IMINT, MASINT, and cyber intelligence.
- Conducts training on Intelligence Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination, and Analysis, integrating advanced PED methodologies, intelligence tools, and data fusion techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Designs and facilitates scenario-based training exercises, refining exploitation workflows, multi-INT data integration strategies, and intelligence production techniques to strengthen operational readiness and intelligence effectiveness.
- Designs and refines Programs of Instruction (POIs), instructional materials, and practical exercises covering OSINT collection, exploitation, and analysis techniques, integrating publicly available information (PAI), social media intelligence (SOCMINT), and dark web research.
- Conducts specialized training on OSINT methodologies, advanced analytic tools, and information operations, incorporating emerging intelligence technologies and simulation-based instruction.
- Provides subject matter expertise in OSINT fusion with SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and All-Source Intelligence, supporting intelligence exploitation and operational planning.
- Display a common understanding in Fusion New Equipment Training (NET) and Doctrine and Tactics Training (DTT) to demonstrate their ability to understand and effectively present the Doctrine and Tactics Training.
- Provides expertise in Intelligence Collection, Processing, Dissemination, and Analysis, training personnel on the application of intelligence tools, techniques, and methodologies within DCGS-A.
- Provides subject matter expertise in intelligence exploitation, supporting operational planning and multi-intelligence integration to enhance situational awareness and decision-making.
- Leads CONUS and OCONUS training efforts, supporting unit-level readiness evaluations, combat training center rotations, and national intelligence exercises.
- Works with intelligence planners to assess training requirements, develop standardized course materials, and refine instructional strategies for ARNG G-2 intelligence personnel.
- Collaborates with intelligence system administrators to support hardware and software troubleshooting, integrating intelligence tools into realistic training scenarios.
- Enhances intelligence capabilities by conducting field training exercises, interactive workshops, and intelligence briefings, reinforcing data collection, processing, and dissemination techniques to improve operational effectiveness and mission success.
- Contributes to the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of their assigned task areas by participating in relevant Centers and Working Groups aligned to their roles, technical domains, or management functions. This engagement ensures integrated delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and real-time responsiveness to ARNG G-2 mission priorities.
Required:
- DCGS-A Qualified
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
