Amentum is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, deploys, and manages cybersecurity solutions to support ARNG Intelligence networks and systems, integrating risk management strategies and compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) policies.
- Provides engineering and technical support for cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability analysis, threat detection, and incident response planning. Implements security controls and develops system security plans to safeguard classified environments, leveraging modern DevSecOps methodologies to automate security measures and streamline the deployment of secure software solutions.
- Conducts cybersecurity impact assessments, identifying critical assets, evaluating threat vectors, and recommending mitigation strategies to enhance network security.
- Leads cybersecurity operations by coordinating with engineering teams to integrate security measures into system design, testing, and sustainment activities.
- Supports systems integration efforts, ensuring secure deployment of cloud-based solutions while maintaining compliance with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) best practices.
- Provides on-site and remote cybersecurity services, including information assurance, risk assessment, and security accreditation for deployed systems in both CONUS and OCONUS environments.
- Collaborates with intelligence and IT professionals to enhance network defenses, optimize authentication processes, and manage enterprise security infrastructure to counter evolving cyber threats.

Required:
- CISM, CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)and/or CISA, CISSP
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
