Amentum is seeking a Intelligence Planner Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Leads intelligence collection planning and operational support for ARNG and mission partners by integrating advanced methodologies, technologies, and analytical tools to enhance intelligence gathering capabilities.
- Develops and refines intelligence collection strategies across multiple disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and CI, to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Provides expert guidance in intelligence data processing by overseeing structured and unstructured data exploitation, optimizing intelligence workflows, and enhancing analytical capabilities.
- Conducts research on emerging intelligence methodologies and technologies to improve intelligence collection and processing effectiveness, supporting mission readiness and operational success.
- Directs intelligence analysis, dissemination, and data analytics efforts by leading the production and distribution of multi-intelligence products.
- Oversees PED analysis, data visualization, and enterprise decision management to refine intelligence exploitation and enhance situational awareness.
- Develops intelligence dissemination strategies that leverage advanced tools and secure platforms to facilitate timely intelligence sharing among mission partners.
- Evaluates existing intelligence systems, integrates predictive and prescriptive analytics, and enhances intelligence fusion capabilities to support after-action reviews and operational assessments.
- Collaborates with intelligence professionals, data analysts, and mission stakeholders to drive innovation in intelligence planning and execution, aligning efforts with evolving operational requirements.
- Contributes to the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of their assigned task areas by participating in relevant Centers and Working Groups aligned to their roles, technical domains, or management functions. This engagement ensures integrated delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and real-time responsiveness to ARNG G-2 mission priorities.
Required:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
