You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and implement software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
- Adapt and evolve responsibilities as required to meet project demands and align with organizational objectives.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- 1+ years of experience in Cobol or similar programming languages.
- 1+ years of experience working with midrange systems.
- 1+ years of experience in SQL databases.
- 1+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
- 1+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- To be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for any visa sponsorship, including OPT, STEM, F1, or H1b, both now and in the future.
- 3+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 3+ years of experience with microservices architecture.
- 3+ years of experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
- 3+ years of experience with performance tuning and optimization..

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
