About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a results-oriented Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Global Payments & Liquidity team, supporting the Client Insights platform. This role is instrumental in executing the product vision and delivering innovative features - including generative AI, adaptive content, and workflow automation - while aligning cross-functional efforts across Sales, Technology, Lines of Business, and Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for leveraging emerging technologies to drive business transformation, foster innovation, and promote Agile best practices across organizational teams.
In this role, you will:- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and team member needs
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including generative AI and intelligent automation, to enhance platform capabilities
- Translate user and stakeholder feedback into actionable product improvements and backlog items
- Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver continuous platform enhancements through iterative development cycles
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems and workflows
- Monitor user satisfaction, platform performance metrics, and adoption trends to inform ongoing optimization and strategic decisions
- Manage the backlog and prioritize features based on value and impact
- Author and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
- Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), post-production validation, and final sign-off
- Make prioritization decisions that reflect business value and customer impact
- Maintain accountability for product quality through proactive testing oversight
- Lead innovation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies
- Actively seek and apply user feedback to enhance product relevance and usability
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Background in Sales Enablement or CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user-centric design, and agile development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, intelligent agent frameworks, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging technology trends
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven track record in leading application development initiatives, preferably within Sales or Financial Services
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
Job Expectations:- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week

Pay Range for Minneapolis, MN: $153,000.00 - $239,000.00 annually
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
