What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff
- Guide treatment planning, assessments, and complex case problem-solving
- Ensure all services meet the highest ethical and clinical standards
- Help implement onboarding, training, and mentorship programs
- Oversee client intake and case assignments
- Monitor clinical quality and performance metrics
- Partner directly with executive leadership to align clinical vision with business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 2+ years in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong ABA program design and staff development experience
- A collaborative leader excited to build, grow, and innovate in a startup environment
Work Environment
- Services may occur in home, school, clinic, or community settings
- Some travel required between service locations
- Interaction with individuals who may present challenging behaviors

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
