Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire an experienced RF engineering professional at our campus in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. What You Will Be Doing-In this role, the Senior RF Engineer will have the opportunity to support the development and production of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high-reliability applications in all phases of the product life cycle.
-The engineer will have the opportunity to design and develop circuits, modules, and sub-systems from initial concept through prototyping and full-rate production.
-The engineer will work on complex technical problems and provide solutions that are innovative and ingenious.
-The engineer will act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational products.
-The engineer will have an opportunity to mentor less experienced engineers on our team.
-The engineer will contribute to or author proposals and may participate in business capture efforts.
-The engineer will collaborate with other engineering disciplines including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers as well as technicians and manufacturing support personnel.

Basic Qualifications:• Basic Qualifications for this position will include a BS degree in electrical engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Familiarity in electromagnetics, RF, and/or microwave is required.
• Familiarity with RF/ microwave test equipment (i.e. spectrum analyzer, RF power measurements, network analyzer, etc.)
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain a DoD clearance.
• The candidate must be a US citizen.
Desired Skills:• Related RF undergrad/graduate internship experience is desired.
• Academic experience with RF / microwave project design (active or passive circuit design) is desired.
• Familiarity with RF/ microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools (i.e. HFSS, CST) is desired.
• Demonstrated academic achievement.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues is desired.
• Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams and test data is desired.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
