What You'll Be Doing
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or in person and entering orders into our precast management software.
- Overseeinventory management, deliveryscheduling, and yard operationsacrosslocations.
- Working with drivers, loaders, and quality control to ensure trucks are loaded accurately with anemphasize on efficiency.
- Handle administrativetaskssuch asupdatingrecords, processingreturns, obtainingquotes, and approving freight invoices.
- Aim to meet shipping team KPIswhilecompletingadditionalduties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent teamwork abilities and communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Teams, and Access; familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
