Leidos has a career opening for a Senior Director, Army & Mission Partners Division located in Reston, VA. This candidate will lead overall division technical innovation, differentiation, and strategy to include creation and execution of a technology roadmap, development of technical strategies for division captures, and supporting technical performance on major programs focused on growing the $170M Division. The D/CTO will bring deep domain expertise and customer understanding focused on digital modernization technologies, including cloud, data, cyber, network, application, and digital experience. Will travel 25% of the time.
The D/CTO will report to the Defense/Intel IT Business Area CTO and will interact with the DigMod Sector CTO team DigMod Practices & Repeatable Offerings team in the following capacity:
•Engage with the Sector Growth SA Lead and Team to ensure opportunities are properly resourced and solutioned,
•Engage with the Sector Technology & Transition Lead as primary stakeholder for division technology investment needs,
•Engage with the Sector External Technology Partnerships Lead to leverage strategic partnerships across the division,
•Engage Sector Practices to bring thought leadership and repeatable offerings to Division customers, programs, and pursuits.
The D/CTO will meet with current and potential customers to demonstrate the company's credentials at solving problems with technically-sound solutions to include interaction through whitepapers and RFI responses. The D/CTO will maximize adoption of Leidos repeatable offerings for new business pursuits and growth of existing programs and identify future offerings from existing division capabilities. The D/CTO will ensure consistent implementation of the Leidos WinPlan to include playing a major role in strategy reviews, technology readiness reviews, and color reviews. The D/CTO will support program startup, transition, and independent technology reviews.
Basis Qualifications:
Candidates will be assessed against the following qualifications.
•Masters Degree and 15+ years in Science, Engineering, or Technology fields. Additional years experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
•Expertise with, and experience supporting Army and Army Mission Partners
•Prior technical roles within similar organizations with growing duties and responsibilities
•Large acquisition program experience
•Demonstrated expertise and program performance in the areas of digital modernization technologies, including cloud, data, cyber, network, application, and digital experience
•Proven experience architecting large ($10M-$100M+) systems within the digital modernization domain
•Experience leading technical teams to include solution architects and solution developers
•Ability to develop, manage, and implement a technology roadmap and portfolio
•Understanding and experience with NIST Risk Management Framework
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Experience developing and leading technical teams
•Experience supporting capture activities to include chairing/participating in Gate Reviews, writing specific sections of proposals, providing preliminary technical guidance for solutions, and task cost estimation
•Active (desired) or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI Clearance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
