Roles and Responsibility:
- Hiring and Training: Recruit, onboarding , and provide comprehensive training for support staff.
- Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Employee Development: Motivate and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and skilled support.
- Scheduling and Resources: Manage staff scheduling and resources and arive at Shift schedule.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the efficient and timely handling of customer inquiries and issues.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to improve and ensure high-quality support services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Must Have Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of serialization at all levels (L1 thorough L4 and supply chain)
- Extensive knowledge of vision inspections on packaging lines.
- Candidate with Line provisioning knowledge is preferred.
