F/A-18 and EA-18G Senior Program Analyst, (Service Life Management (SLM)
Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team to support NAVAIR PMA 265, Service Life Management (SLM) Team. The Senior Program Analyst will assist the program office with the development and upkeep of F/A-18 SLM aircraft induction schedule, identification and documentation of all required aircraft modifications (via the SLM Master Work Scope Checklist) required for the execution of contract modifications and provided support to the SLM Integrated Program Team (IPT), to include the SLM Program Integrator, as required to ensure the successful induction and delivery of SLM aircraft back to the fleet.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete the Aircraft pre-requisite checklist using information from Deckplate prior to an aircraft scheduled NAMCE Pre-Grooming Induction, identifying any BLK III pre-requisite Technical Directives or Drive-In-Mods required prior to SLM induction
- For any pre-requisite Technical Directives required for NAMCE Pre-Grooming, serve as the main POC between PMA-265 (SLM IPT, Avionics IPT, ect) and Central Kitting Agency (CKA).
- Serve as the main POC between PMA-265 (SLM IPT, Avionics IPT, ect.) and CKA on mission system and structural AFC and AYC TDs for specific aircraft that are scheduled at NAMCEs Oceana and Lemoore.
- Utilize the SLM Aircraft Induction schedule to complete the SLM Master Workscope Checklist required for each aircraft induction. This Checklist identifies all applicable TD’s, required specifications, SLM standards dispositions, SLM SLEA Required TD’s, Drive-in MODs, BLOCK III MODS, Component Replacements, and Incoming Conditions for each aircraft.
- Tracks and monitors SLM TD kit deliveries and GFE, serving as a liaison to the PMA-265 A/V Program Office (IPT/DAPMLS), TYCOMS and SLM POC’s at the St. Louis/San Antonio/FRCSW SLM sites and NAMCE Pre-Grooming Sites, to ensure required TD kits are available to meet scheduled SLM modification retrofit installations.
- Review SLM A/C induction tracker and update
- Reconcile, identifying kit shortages and damages, and work with CKA to resolve issues to ensure kits are available as needed on the SLM line
- Reconcile material delivered to CKA from the SLM line (ex. BLK III Lite material), ensuring TD material documentation is accurate, and required kit/qty material is received with no discrepancies (damages/shortages/etc.) and available to meet requirements.
- This position includes on-site efforts/visits at the St. Louis, San Antonio, FRCSW SLM Modification Facility as well as NAMCE Oceana/Lemoore and Central Kitting Activity (CKA)
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree plus 8 years of related experience Required. In lieu of formal education, 13 years of related experience may be accepted.
- Must have Microsoft office experience (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL), and computer skills/aptitude to use and understand this position’s required unique computer applications.
- Must possess an active secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with the SLM process
- Deckplate experience
- Tech Data usage experience
- Background In F/A-18 Avionics Support
- NAVAIR Experience
