KBR is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Management Specialist (or Deputy Project Manager) to provide leadership and oversight for a high-visibility project requiring a TS/SCI clearance. This role functions as a Sr. Program Management Specialist coordinating project tasks with a Control Account Manager (CAM), managing budgets, and leading project-level management meetings. The selected candidate will ensure seamless project execution and alignment with customer objectives.

Work Environment:
Basic Compensation:
$110,000 to $164,000 annually
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, as well as internal parity considerations.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project requirements and monitor overall performance of the assigned section.
Maintain close liaison with technical and support personnel to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Lead project management-level meetings, providing updates on schedule, budget, and performance.
Manage budgets, track expenditures, and coordinate with a CAM to ensure cost and schedule objectives are met.
Direct normal operational and administrative activities, recommending improvements in operational processes.
Provide work assignments, establish schedules, and ensure resources are aligned to meet project objectives.
Implement and enforce plans, policies, and procedures to meet corporate and customer requirements.
Ensure personnel receive appropriate training and professional development.
Provide leadership, direction, and discipline to team members.
Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support mission success.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of directly related experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
