Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct case development, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Army in expanding U.S. FMS case work.
- Prepare supportive technical and financial data for Letter of request and Letter of Agreements.
- Review all FMS cases within respective country portfolio for accuracy, appropriateness of sale, level of disclosure, and long-term supportability.
- Coordinate with the organizational International Programs Office, and Interagency, as required, on all aspects of the FMS program within the assigned portfolio of countries.
- Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Analyze missile system hardware to inform training, delivery schedules, and system modifications.
- Collect and interpret technical data to identify and resolve issues independently or collaboratively.
- Develop Material Fielding Plans and Training Plans
- Support FMS Case execution through OCONUS equipment testing, fielding, system integration and training
- Oversee, manage, and deliver Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation, including ILSC, ILSP, ILSI, ILS, support
- Assist in planning and developing ILS programs, including strategies, concepts, and workforce plans.
- Provide specialist ILS advice related to project execution analysis, definition, and planning.
- Deliver SME materiel sustainment guidance to senior management and participate in technical reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders—including Project Managers, Engineers, client groups, and functional departments—to ensure seamless ILS activity management.
- Perform additional project support tasks as directed by the Project Director or delegate.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety standards.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to understanding and meeting the expectations of both internal and external clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of functional experience in FMS Case development.
- The candidate must possess a functional understanding of Product Support analysis and have functional experience with site surveys and Contractor Logistics support.
- Candidate must have a functional understanding of the implementation of the development of pre-LOR, LOR and LOAs.
- Must have an active secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one
