Description:We are Lockheed MartinExperienced engineer supporting the F-35 Landing and Arresting Gear System team. Primary responsibilities include: coordination and integration with the landing gear vendor, coordination with the F-35 customer (Joint Program Office), support sustainment of these systems with evaluation of component issues/failures in the fleet, participation in change process for Class I and II changes, and participation in affordability initiatives. This position will provide significant exposure to landing gear operations, field failure resolution, supplier technical coordination, and design change implementation process.

Experience with CATIA required.
Microsoft Office Skills - of particular importance: Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Project.
Desired Skills:Highly motivated individual with the ability to learn continuously and the ability to identify multiple avenues to successfully reach team goals.
Candidate must work well individually and with team members across multiple organizations.
Strong mechanical ability with desire to build root cause investigation skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to develop clear technical presentations for customers and suppliers.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
