Duties and Responsibilities:
As our Jira Solutions Specialist, you will:
- Partner with end users and mission leads to design, build, and refine EPMS solutions
- Automate and optimize workflows in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Evaluate licensing needs and drive annual sustainment planning
- Integrate best-in-class add-ons and plugins to elevate mission effectiveness
- Define security, change, release-management, and governance standards
- Author SOPs, technical documentation, and deliver engaging end-user training
- Operate independently, influencing project outcomes and operational success
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience. Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Hands on experience with Jira/Confluence.
- Deep understanding of DoD system-owner responsibilities
- Must have a current Top Secret SCI clearance.
- Sharp analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
- Commitment to current Air Force and/or INSCOM training
Preferred Experience/Skills
- 8+ years in IT, ideally within Air Force Intelligence

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
