What you´ll do
- Conducts customer testing, creates “customer-ready” technical reports, and maintains documentation in TCS/ACE systems.
- Investigates product complaints by performing root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans.
- Provides technical expertise to support key projects, market needs, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentors more junior Application Engineers.
- Delivers customer and internal support through demos, training, and direct communication with Sales, Marketing, and project teams.
