Where is the work:
Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Key responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, coordinating with internal teams to deliver products and services, identifying upsell opportunities, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and providing regular reports on account performance.
Relationship Management
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs and becoming a trusted advisor.
Client Satisfaction:
Proactively work to ensure clients are satisfied with the company's products, services, and overall experience.
Account Growth & Strategy
Account Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to guide client interactions and achieve business goals.
Revenue Growth:
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell products or services, driving revenue and expanding existing accounts.
Forecasting:
Track key account metrics and provide forecasts for future sales and growth within accounts.
Internal Coordination & Operations
Internal Collaboration:
Work with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to coordinate the delivery of solutions and meet client objectives.
Problem Resolution:
Act as a liaison to resolve client issues and escalations, ensuring effective and timely solutions are provided.
Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, performance, and progress to both clients and internal stakeholders.
