Overview
ABM Industries is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee electrical tool installation projects at the Samsung Taylor Semiconductor Plant. This role involves managing the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical installations for semiconductor manufacturing tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead and manage electrical tool installation projects from planning through execution and closeout.
- - Coordinate with Samsung engineers, ABM teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate installations.
- - Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and tool installation requirements.
- - Ensure compliance with Samsung’s semiconductor facility standards and ABM’s safety and quality protocols.
- - Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical installations.
- - Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify proper installation and functionality.
- - Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and issues.
- - Resolve field-level challenges and escalate critical concerns to senior management as needed.
- - Support commissioning, testing, and turnover documentation for installed tools.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- - 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
- - Strong understanding of electrical systems, tool install protocols, and cleanroom standards.
- - Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
- - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- - OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- - Experience with electrical installations in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
- - Familiarity with Samsung’s tool install standards or similar semiconductor clients.
