THE WORK
Select candidate will assemble wired assemblies by following work process instructions and blueprint diagrams. Follow company policies and procedures.
Attends Performance Management Team meetings and brings recommendations for continuous improvement. Executes daily function with key performance metrics in mind: Safety, Quality, Productivity and Schedule.

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experienced with working in an Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) and FOD controlled environment
• Must be able to read and interpret multi-level drawings, thorough knowledge of electrical theory and excellent understanding of electrical schematics and associated documentation
• Able to use torque tools and perform torquing
• Use all materials, tools, measuring devices, and equipment necessary to complete jobs such as module assembly, module installation, soldering, component removal & replacement, adhesive mixing, application, connector assembly, contact/wire crimping, insertion, extraction, assembly cleaning, and fastener torquing operations.
• Experienced with working with hand tools, industrial, and automated equipment
Desired Skills:
• Must have good manual dexterity
• Weight restriction: Able to Lift/push/pull/carry a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flex schedule if needed
• Standing/Sitting: Requires full time standing with limited resting periods and to walk distances. Sit for extended periods if required.
• IPC 620 cable knowledge is preferred
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with other people.
• Good written and oral communication skills, have good decision-making ability, be teamwork orientated and work independently as required with minimal supervision
• Good intermediate to advanced computer skills with ability to work from electronic work instructions
• Ability to quickly learn manufacturing techniques

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
