Description: You will be the Associate Procurement Analyst / P-Card Buyer for the SEMAC Engineering Services team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and performance for multiple Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Engineering Programs, ensuring seamless procurement of electrical components and hardware.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Procurement Analyst / P-Card Buyer, you will be responsible for making strategic purchases using a Purchasing Card (P-Card) and supporting purchase requisition creation to drive program success. You will play a critical role in supporting MFC Engineering Programs, working closely with the team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing requests for estimates and analyzing/evaluating estimates to inform procurement decisions
• Selecting or recommending suppliers and analyzing costs to meet program targets
• Performing P-Card reconciliation and payment, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing
• Coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to purchase requisitions to support program needs
• Utilizing various Lockheed Martin applications to review requirements, place orders, and reconcile transactions

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to multi-task is a must.
• Experience in a high volume work environment.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and specialized application software associated with the Procurement function (such as P2P).
Desired Skills:
• Successful candidate must be proactive and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to manage a challenging workload effectively and efficiently, exhibit strong problem-solving skills, be a self-starter and an excellent team player.
• Knowledge and experience in P-Card purchasing

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
