Description:This position is for a Emerging Technologies Control Account Manager (CAM). In this capacity, the candidate will support Cyber Leads by managing cost, technical and schedule performance across multiple contracts (AMMM & ADP).
The responsibilities associated with this position include performing monthly status to IMS and finance targets, cost/schedule variance analyses, developing monthly estimate at complete (EAC) assessments, and implementing scope changes. This includes performing detail cost and schedule variance analysis and ensure root cause is defined and corrective action is implemented in a timely manner.
It also includes preparing and distributing cost/schedule performance metrics and monthly comprehensive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) presentations to include:
- Detail cost and schedule variance analysis
- Definition of performance impacts
- Corrective action efforts
This position is also responsible for developing monthly and comprehensive EACs as well as generating Basis Of Estimates used for proposal and negotiations. Further, this position is responsible for creation of budget baselines, control account/work package planning and maintaining baseline change control.
This individual must be able to establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile actual costs, and recommend corrective action, when necessary.
Must be a US citizen. This position requires special access and will require a Secret clearance after starting.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Basis of Estimates.
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and
with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and tools.
Experience managing and effectively analyzing large amounts of cost, schedule and technical data.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Project lead experience
Ability to lead a Team of 15+ Engineers from Proposal Kickoff to Basis of Estimate (BOE) submittal.
Ability to analyze Statements of Work to determine Cybersecurity impacts.
Work with Technical Leads to understand Proposal, Cost and Schedule impacts for each applicable Team.
Ability to brief Program Managers and Functional Directorates on a monthly tempo.
Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Corrective Action and Problem Solving skills
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Experience with LM BOE Tools (APTS)
Experience with MS Office Suite tools with a focus on Access
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
