Who we’re looking for
The Lexus Consumer Marketing Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Tier 2 Media Senior Analyst.
This role is primarily responsible for driving thought leadership in cross-tier media strategy, with a strong emphasis on fostering collaboration and alignment across tiers. A key focus is supporting and enhancing media technology tools that improve visibility, coordination, and performance measurement across all tiers. Additionally, the role will serve as the Tier 2 media lead, with a particular focus on search marketing and analytics, working closely with the National media lead to ensure strategic cohesion.
Reporting to the Lexus Dealer Association Manager, this position supports the broader objective of optimizing the media-driven customer journey. This includes developing and executing Tier 2 strategies, aligning cross-tier efforts, and maximizing media efficiency and effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing
Support cross-tier coordination strategy development and implementation across media channels, partners, and tactics
Foster relationships by collaborating with agencies and national media stakeholders
Manage project budget tracking
Facilitate review and approval process of LDA marketing materials with stakeholders
Provide strategic support and coordination for the use of technology tools used for cross-tier media coordination
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in media, strategy, and agency background
Ability to use analytics as justification for content and publishing optimization and to develop KPIs to measure success
Ability to self-direct, adapt to change and shift priorities, and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in parallel
