What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate receiving teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Monitor daily inbound schedule and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Review and maintain all receiving documents, manifest, logs, etc.

- Must be able to wear applicable PPE including 3M respirator.
- 2 year’s experience within a materials processing facility.
- 3 year’s experience within an industrial setting.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity.
- Requires flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
