What does a successful Credit Risk Analyst do at Fiserv?
- You will review and investigate merchant accounts to assess fraud and credit risk exposure.
- Negotiate collateral requirements and restructuring terms as required.
- Resolve merchant inquiries through scheduled calls.
- Coordinate risk mitigation efforts with other areas of the business such as Funding, Legal, Operations, Client Services, etc.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- You will read and interpret documents.
- You will calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
- You will exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions and interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, partners, and vendors.
- You will work independently or in a team environment & work efficiently in stressful situations.
What you will need to have:
- High school graduate/GED
- You may be required to work some weekends and holidays to meet deadlines.
- 2 years prior customer service experience or 1 year Fraud & Risk Experience
What would be good to have:
- Associate/bachelor's degree preferably in finance or criminal justice
- 1-year prior credit risk experience

Salary Range:
46,000.00 - 72,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees working in Florida. Ranges for employees in other stats may differ.
