Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator / Developer to lead the customization, development, and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable and maintainable solutions that align with our sales, customer success, franchise, and operations strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and Classic Web Components, Digital Experiences, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Franchise, Customer Success, Support) to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.
- Maintain data integrity, manage system integrations, and implement automation to optimize workflows and reporting.
- Create and customize standard and custom Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, record types, layouts, profile rules, VisualForce pages, and reports.
- Develop and manage APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Certinia, Dialpad, and other platforms).
- Monitor platform performance, debug issues, and implement enhancements in a timely manner.
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning and Classic Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP), data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench), and version control systems (e.g., OWN, Git).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder Certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Deep understanding of AI tools for development (from Einstein to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or tech-forward environment.
- Background working with franchised systems or a multi-location environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with CPQ and field service integrations.
