Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Lead and coordinate the technical and business discussions relative to future direction across multiple teams and/or complex Enterprise product line(s).
• Govern and influence enterprise roadmap and implementation plans based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
• Ensures adherence to laws, regulations, policies and specifications relevant GE ecosystem by aligning with industry standards and drives teams to that end. This includes, but is not limited to Sarbanes Oxly, CMMC, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Leverages deep process/domain expertise and partners with other technical teams. Influences key stakeholders in design and planning decisions. Drives the development of products that are targeted at a (usually) very technical audience. Creates the strategic roadmap for the product(s).
• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
• Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities to for multiple teams or complex scenarios.
• Provide leadership, technology guidance and mentor others throughout the domain.
• Influence from a strategic and technical standpoint across the function and the business.
• Manage financials for your division.
Develop peer, cross-functional and cross-business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness
• Responsible for management activities including recruiting, development, performance management, compensation, organization and teaming
Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge with others.
• Leverage your domain expertise; you are expected to further the knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Enterprise Governance/ Compliance
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
