Core Responsibilities
Platform Implementation & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AEP and RTCDP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AEP components.
Data Engineering & Modeling
- Design and manage Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas.
- Configure and maintain datasets, sources, and identity graphs.
- Ensure high-quality data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
Customer Profile & Segmentation
- Build and optimize Real-Time Customer Profiles.
- Configure identity resolution rules and namespace mappings.
- Create and manage audience segments for activation across channels.
Activation & Integration
- Integrate AEP with downstream systems (Adobe Target, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, etc.).
- Enable real-time personalization and decisioning.
- Work with APIs and connectors for seamless data flow.
Governance & Optimization
- Monitor platform performance and data quality.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
- Continuously optimize workflows and segmentation logic.
Employees at all levels are expected to:
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, data engineering, or customer data platforms.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP.
- Strong understanding of XDM schemas, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Adobe Web/Mobile SDKs and event-driven data layers.
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Journey Optimizer is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
