What does a successful Sales Operations do at FISERV?
This role involves managing data analysis, producing MIS and data reports, and supporting vendor payment processing and financial reconciliations.
What will you do:
- Optimize sales processes and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Develop and manage sales reporting and analytics tools.
- Produce and support MIS/Data reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and ad hoc basis.
- Handle vendor payment processing and financial reconciliations.
- Manage sales operations projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with sales team members & cross-functional teams to support and meet sales objectives.
What will you need to know:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations management.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and report management.
- 5+ years of experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL, Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
What would be great to have:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Sales Force CRM software.
