Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Subcontract Administrative Associate. In this role, you will manage your own desk of repairs for one supplier. You will keep track of metrics weekly and work towards individualized and team goals. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Multitasking, Microsoft Suite knowledge, and ability to effectively communication. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree; Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field.
• Excellent organization skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:• Experience managing competing priorities
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated
• Experience negotiating pricing (educational or professional)
• Excellent business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
• Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
• Ability to engage supplier senior executives as necessary to resolve issues
• Developing Project/Program Management skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
