We are recruiting for an Interface Process Manager to play a pivotal role within the Delivery Integration function on the Sizewell C Project. You will be responsible for developing, documenting, and implementing robust processes and procedures that ensure effective interface management across the Project, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and keep up to date with the varying requirements for the interface management of different programmes and functions. Reporting to the Sizewell C Interface Management Lead, you'll have responsibility for facilitating the implementation of the Interface Management Plan throughout the project life cycle by performing the following actions:
Creating and maintaining Project specific Interface Management processes.
Responsible for spreading awareness of the processes and procedures across the wider project, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the Project's interface management practices.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of processes and procedures related to Interface Management, implementing enhancements as necessary.
Creating the tools and systems required by the Interface Management team to carry out its responsibilities and report on interfaces.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of Interface Management practice to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Ensure alignment with document control governance, adhering to IMS templates and Sizewell C requirements.
Here's What You'll Need
Analytical experience, with a background in process development and the ability to implement lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Writing and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable procedures.
Good analytical skills to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement with the ability to develop innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
An understanding of the challenges faced within interface management on a large infrastructure/engineering project (or similar) on-site experience, knowledge of construction activities, approaches, standards and expectations.
Good project management skills.
Innovative thinking to overcome challenges and implement solutions which minimise both disruption to third party and to effective project delivery.
Understanding and communicating complex technical and commercial issues to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.
Ability to build, maintain and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships, addressing their diverse expectations and potentially conflicting agendas, fostering their optimal engagement and contribution to the development and implementation of effective strategies and plans to manage stakeholders.
