As the Director of Information Technology, you lead the Application Delivery division of Card Issuing, with direct reports including Software Application Developers, Application Analysts, Solutions Architects, and other domain experts. You'll have a direct impact on solution delivery for Card Issuing, in support of our clients and their customers. You will accelerate our Application product development, and to deliver new, market-critical products and maintaining and supporting an existing platform. You will have full responsibility for key work in the Application Development Mainframe space, enabling Fiserv to differentiate our products and expand into new markets. This will give you significant opportunities to drive application delivery, process improvement, employee engagement and development, and client satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- 8+ years of technical experience developing, architecting and delivering solutions
- 3+ years’ experience leading highly technical resources, either directly or indirectly
- Experience in Mainframe with some distributed and web application development.
- Demonstrable experience delivering application development within a Financial Services organization
- Flexibility with work hours required
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall development practices
- Experience partnering with clients, vendors, teams, and senior leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
- Background in financial services, specifically in card processing, and digital applications
- Experience leading teams of 10+ associates.
- Experience leading remote and offshore development teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with disparate teams across multiple countries and time zones
- Highly collaborative with other teams, departments, divisions, and partners
