What you'll be doing:• Resolving tax issues and providing expert support to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Testing system tax updates to ensure seamless implementation and minimal disruption
• Preparing and auditing W2's and W2c's as needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Processing year-end tasks and tax balance adjustments to ensure [Hughes, Donna M] accurate reporting a smooth transition
• Maintaining and updating tax data tables to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Pulling daily tax reports to inform business decisions and drive results
• Completing current and additional assigned tasks as needed to help support the team and drive success

Basic Qualifications:-Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll principles & processes
-Proven effective Customer Service skills
-Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
-Demonstrated effective Analytical skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, Charts, Import/Export Data; Powerpoint able to tell story in pictures, tables, graphs; Outlook schedule meetings)
-Understanding of payroll tax and resolving payroll issues
-Ability to work weekends and other hours outside of scheduled time
-Proven ability to meet deadlines and team goals
Desired Skills:- Experience with LM payroll platform, People Soft
- Experience with pulling and running payroll data

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
