Description:Scrum Master - F-35 Weapons Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to support the F-35 weapons team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate and communicate across multiple teams and organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
• Serve as a liaison between Product Owners, Systems Design, Software, System Test, and other Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Develop and maintain briefings, presentations, and engineering metrics to support program decision-making and progress tracking.
• Lead and facilitate technical engineering discussions across multiple IPTs, suppliers, and customers to drive collaboration and innovation.
• Monitor team performance to ensure milestones and Program Increment (PI) commitments are met, and identify areas for improvement.
** Must be a US citizen. This position requires an interim Secret clearance to start.**
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited university
• Project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Desired Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with Jira project management tools
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
