The Vice President (VP) will lead a business line delivering Enterprise IT solutions to the IC federal government clients. This executive will be responsible for strategic growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance across a diverse portfolio of programs. The VP will drive innovation, ensure mission success, and foster a high-performance culture across a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with corporate goals and government priorities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities IT modernization.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure efficient delivery of services across enterprise IT systems.
- Oversee program performance, cost control, and quality assurance.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with federal agencies, contracting officers, and industry partners.
- Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and programs.
Financial Management
- Manage a $255M P&L, ensuring profitability, forecasting accuracy, and financial compliance.
- Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.
Talent & Culture
- Lead a diverse workforce of ~1,000 employees, fostering engagement, development, and retention.
- Champion a culture of safety, ethics, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, cybersecurity mandates, and other regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate risks through proactive governance and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in government contracting, with a focus IT services.
- Proven success managing large-scale programs and global teams.
- Proven ability to grow the business with on contract growth or organically.
- Deep understanding of federal procurement, compliance, and agency missions.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPA, or technical discipline).
- Active TS/SCI Clearance

- Customer knowledge and experience in the IC community.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (cloud, cybersecurity, AI) in federal environments.
