You will be the PAC-3 Japan Program Export Coordinator (PEC) for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) team. Our team is responsible for managing the imports/exports of the PAC-3 Japan program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the PAC-3 Japan Program Export Coordinator (PEC), you will be responsible for providing export and releasability guidance to program personnel, serving as the main interface between International Trade Compliance (ITC) and the PAC-3 Japan Program, and understanding current regulations related to export and import of the PAC-3 system and associated hardware and technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing export and releasability guidance to program personnel
- Serving as the main interface between International Trade Compliance (ITC) and the PAC-3 Japan Program
- Understanding current regulations related to export and import of the PAC-3 system and associated hardware and technology
- Maintaining, reviewing, and tracking the Japan program’s multiple export licenses and agreements
- Providing guidance and review of international shipments

Basic Qualifications:• Must have a completed Bachelors degree
• Strong understanding of licensing process and requirements for the Department of State and the Department of Commerce
• Experience utilizing ITAR license exemptions and EAR license exceptions
• Thorough understanding of different license types and ability to differentiate needs between licenses
• Experience developing and/or improving export strategy
• Experience interfacing with International Trade Compliance (ITC)
• Thorough understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) efforts
• Proven track record of project management from development to completion of special projects
• Ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers and customers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen
• Strong process discipline with focus on efficiency and optimization
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SharePoint and MSTeams
Desired Skills:• Experience with IAMD products in general and experience with the PAC-3 missile system
• Experience using the Material Movement System (MMS)
• Experience using International Export SharePoint (IES)
• Experience using the Export/Import Compliance & License Processing System (ECLPS)
• Experience with Tri-Service Committee (TSC) review and approval process
• Experience with TDP and MDP licensing and associated legal requirements
• Basic understanding of Congressional Notification (CN) process
• Technical degree

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $69,700 - $120,750. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
