What does a successful Production Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will join the team at our Indianapolis location, and you will provide support to supervisors, managers and associates by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Coach, train, assign, and check the work of production generalists.
What you will do:
- Assist manufacturing supervision with monitoring service, training, production schedules, and handling day to day administrative tasks in the department including data entry
- Prepare reports, collect and display data using various systems
- Process transactions necessary for work situations which requires very good working PC skills
- Cross train in all functional areas to be used on the production floor when not doing analyst tasks
What you will need to have:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Microsoft proficiency including Outlook and Excel
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
What would be great to have:
- A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume production environment and understanding of production concepts
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to Detail
Important info about this role:
- You will work an assigned schedule of 2nd shift Mon-Fri 7pm-3am
- Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
