What you’ll do:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Own project planning, execution, and delivery, including schedule, scope, risk, and issue management.
Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing clear communication and proactive risk mitigation.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking with precision.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments and leadership levels.
Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to elevate delivery standards.
Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across the project lifecycle.

Experience you’ll need to have:

7+ years of progressive project management experience, including leading enterprise-level initiatives.
6+ years of experience using Microsoft Project.
6+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
1+ years of experience in using Jira.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

Experience in executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience.
Experience in strategic planning and portfolio-level thinking.
Experience in advanced risk mitigation and change management strategies.
Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
Experience navigating organizational dynamics and influencing outcomes.
PMP and/or CSM certification.
