What you´ll do

Assist in identifying long-term innovation opportunities and “white spots” for category growth
Support the development of brand-agnostic concepts in collaboration with R&D and future technologies (formulas, packaging)
Help analyze consumer insights and market trends to ensure relevance across global regions
Contribute to early-stage innovation projects and help prepare handovers to regional teams
Participate in cross-functional meetings and support project management tasks
Conduct desk research and help prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
Learn how to translate consumer needs into future product concepts
