Requirements
- 3+ years Salesforce development experience
- Strong Apex logic and Flow Builder skills
- Salesforce Lightning expertise
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Pardot/B2B marketing
- Excellent communication skills and growth mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Soligo, iPaaS, or Salesforce Voice
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Background in home services
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions across sales, marketing, service, and field operations
- Translate requirements into scalable architecture, workflows, and automations
- Develop custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and integrations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data flow, reporting, and process efficiency
- Deliver ongoing support, documentation, and enhancements
- Contribute to the Salesforce roadmap to align with strategic growth
