What does a successful Administrative Assistant do at Fiserv?
You will perform administrative duties for several Vice Presidents and their teams within Output Solutions Technology. You have a keen eye for details and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of tasks. You are a self-starter with an interest in taking on various initiatives.
What you will do:
Proactively manage and optimize executive’s calendar, meetings, travel, and expenses
Learn organizational structure, department operations, corporate policies, systems, and procedures
Filter, prioritize, and manage incoming requests, ensuring only the most strategic reach the executive.
Attend staff meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items including following deadlines and tasks to keep initiatives on course.
Provide support for presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents, including preparation, proofreading, verification, and assembly.
Represent the team with professionalism in all aspects.
What you will need to have:
7+ years of experience, including supporting senior level executives.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working under pressure and flexibility with changing business requirements.
Experience building relationships across all levels of the organization.
