Description:As the Systems Engineer (CAM), you will support an ADP program within the System Integration & Test scope of work. You will be comfortable with Earned Value Management principles and their application across discrete, and LOE work scope.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Cost and schedule variance analysis
• Developing monthly estimate to complete assessments
• Maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Risk/opportunity impacts
• Implement scope changes
• New program baseline activity - all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm.
Basic Qualifications:• B.S. in STEM discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering preferred) or non-technical degree with 8+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to gather, use, communicate with data.
• Control Account Management (CAM) experience
Desired Skills:• F35 Program clearances desired.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organization skills with
ability to multi-task.
• Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration
Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL).
• Successful completion of Control Account Manager (CAM) training PPM 101 to include passing the final exam.
• Experience with MS Office products
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
