The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed. Within EFT, we are seeking a Lead Business Systems Consultant. This position manages and supports the operational execution of controls across 4 sub asset classes: desktop, mobile, print and video conferencing. This role is essential to drive consistency, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency by implementing and maintaining configuration baselines, support of patch and lifecycle of products aligned with enterprise standards and policy.
In this role, you will:- Creating remediation plans for identified patch, configuration and vendor end of life drift and documenting root causes.
- Remediating drift in accordance with established service level agreements and reporting outcomes to the asset class or product owner.
- Escalating issues related to missing patch and configuration baselines or drift scanning rules to the appropriate asset class or product owner.
- Deploying configuration baselines using documented procedures.
- Verifying that changes to configuration baselines and drift scanning rules are properly documented and approved.
- Executing compliance checks after new deployments and upgrades to ensure no new drift is introduced during installation.
- Removing product instances before a configuration baseline is retired.
- Inactivating and archiving configuration baselines in alignment with the lifecycle status of products in the Technology Standards Center.
- Deploying products in compliance with lifecycle statuses defined in the Technology Standards.
- Builds and sustains a strong risk culture that identifies and provides oversight and escalation of existing and emerging compliance and operational risk issues
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices around configuration and patch processes
- Strong experience in data automation along with advanced excel and report generation skills
- Risk management experience with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive improvements.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a track-record for delivering results
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across various levels within the organization. Experience working in a matrixed environment and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks and confidently raise issues, escalate early and engage in constructive challenge, doing so independently when necessary
- Strong listening and communications skills (both written and oral) with the ability to convey complex information and ideas, including complex data sets, both simply and clearly
- Leadership and project management skills to drive alignment across stakeholder groups to develop and deliver repeatable end to end risk management solutions and controls aligned with business/customer processes
- Strong Microsoft Power Point experience, including visual storytelling
- ServiceNow, ITIL, ServiceDesk principles knowledge and experience
- Prior experience and track record working on large scale, operationally intense operational transformation initiatives across a wide range of functions, including operations and technology
- Strong understanding of Agile and product management
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, intelligent agent frameworks, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging technology trends
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality output from self and team
- BS/BA degree or higher

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
