Power Apps Developer will:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Power Apps Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of low-code solutions across both
Microsoft GCC and Commercial environments. This role supports mission-critical applications for government and commercial clients, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools including
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with integration into
SQL Server and other enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in application development, data integration, and user experience design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for analytics and reporting.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
- Ensure compliance with GCC security and data governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.
- Support innovation initiatives and contribute to internal R&D efforts.

- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related area and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Experience with JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft GCC environment and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requisition Preferences:
- 5+ years of experience in application development, preferably in government or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring, technical guidance, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and SharePoint development.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting NASA, federal agencies, or other public sector clients.

Essential Functions Work Environment Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
